What Makes Us Different
MMPI-based psychological assessment, pre-placement medical screening, and national verification. One documented standard before a household professional joins your home, with support after placement.
See our full screening processCandidates have been assessed at Manila Doctors Hospital since 2015, with MMPI-based assessment conducted by licensed clinical psychologists. It adds an independent clinical record before endorsement.
Why psychology mattersIdentity and records are checked through PNP-NPCS across all 18 regions and NBI biometric verification before candidate introduction.
See screening standardsPre-placement medical screening through Hi-Precision Diagnostics, documented before placement with confidentiality, role relevance, and respect for worker rights.
Medical screening detailCompensation should reflect the role, experience, responsibilities, and working arrangement. MaidProvider.ph publishes a current salary recommendation as a reference point, not a fixed amount for every placement.

References and interviews describe experience. A psychological assessment adds standardized clinical information about personality and psychological functioning that can support placement judgment.
Candidates have been assessed at Manila Doctors Hospital since 2015 through MMPI-based assessment conducted by licensed clinical psychologists. It does not predict every outcome or replace human judgment. It adds another documented screening layer alongside identity, background, and medical screening before placement.

The Record Behind the Agency
In a crowded household-staffing market, finding a match is easy to promise. An agency proves its value when the first match does not hold.
Google shows 4.6★ from 1,154 reviews; Yelp shows 2.2★. We publish both because the point is not a perfect score, but what sits behind the fee: screening, written terms and someone accountable when a placement fails.
Public record · 29 August 2026: Google 4.6★ · Trustpilot 4.3★ · Facebook 98% recommend · May Trabaho 100% recommend · Yelp 2.2★ · ComplaintsBoard 83%.
What the Numbers Say
Two views of the same public record: 84% across six family- and worker-facing channels, and a separate 4.03★ star-only cross-check. Neither is a customer-satisfaction score.
No single number describes a staffing agency. We therefore publish the inputs. May Trabaho is our worker-facing Page; we also publish the result without it.
Six inputs · ÷ 6 = 84% · Without May Trabaho: 81% · Record refreshed 29 August 2026 · See the full calculation
3,057 recorded ratings and recommendations: 1,215 star reviews and 1,842 Facebook recommendations. All platform figures shown here were checked or refreshed 29 August 2026.
Uses the four channels with a star-equivalent rating, converted to a common five-star scale and shown separately so recommendation-based channels are never presented as star reviews. Result: 4.03★.
Converts each of six public channels to a percentage and gives each one-sixth of the weight. The index intentionally includes both family-facing and worker-facing channels, including May Trabaho, a MaidProvider.ph-operated worker/applicant Page. Result: 84%.
Google 4.6★ = 92% · Trustpilot 4.3★ = 86% · Yelp 2.2★ = 44% · ComplaintsBoard trustworthiness composite = 83% · Facebook 98% recommend = 98% · May Trabaho 100% recommend = 100%
Public Record Index = (92 + 86 + 44 + 83 + 98 + 100) ÷ 6 = 83.83%, rounded to 84%
Sensitivity check excluding May Trabaho = (92 + 86 + 44 + 83 + 98) ÷ 5 = 80.6%, rounded to 81%
Important: The 84% Public Record Index is calculated and published by MaidProvider.ph for transparency. It is not a customer-satisfaction score and is not issued or endorsed by Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, ComplaintsBoard, Meta, or any industry body. May Trabaho is included because household staffing is a two-sided service and household-professional experience forms part of the agency record; because the Page is operated by MaidProvider.ph, the 81% result without it is published above as a sensitivity check.
Star-only cross-check = (4.6 + 4.3 + 2.2 + 5.0) ÷ 4 = 4.025★, rounded to 4.03★ — Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, and the 5.0★ average of ComplaintsBoard's three posted reviews
Star sensitivity excluding ComplaintsBoard's three-review star set = (4.6 + 4.3 + 2.2) ÷ 3 = 3.70★
For ComplaintsBoard, the Public Record Index uses the platform's displayed 83% trustworthiness composite, while the 4.03★ star cross-check uses its 5.0★ average from three posted reviews. The 3.70★ sensitivity check shows the star result without that small review set. Each of the six Public Record Index channels receives one-sixth of the total weight. The index mixes different forms of public feedback by design and should be read alongside the raw platform figures, not as a substitute for them. Values reflect the figures displayed on each platform's stated check date; current figures are available through the platform links below.

What Recent Reviews Say
Mixed reviews show the real service: who stays, how long recovery takes and whether the next candidate fits.
A first placement ended after four days. The guarantee was honored, but replacement took about a month and several candidates still missed the brief.
Several cooks overstated their skills. Marah stayed with the case, the client praised the response and said they would use the agency again.
One replacement took almost two months; another urgent case received options within 24 hours. The desk is active. Turnaround is not uniform.
Directional check: 18 May–July reviews — 10 positive, 5 mixed, 3 critical. Mostly Trustpilot; not representative of Google’s 1,154-review record.
August 2024 — our own record: Demand outran our systems. Messages went unanswered and some refunds took too long. The current after-sales standard should be read against that record.
What an Agency Is For
The harder work begins when the first match does not hold.
A first placement can fail. The value of an agency is clearest in what happens after it does.
If a placement fails, Client Care stays on the case. The selected plan sets the next search, protection period and replacement limit; replacement can take weeks. Terms are in writing before payment. Read the current service options →
