National Bureau of Investigation clearance verified for criminal record history. Procured fresh — we do not accept previously issued copies regardless of recency.

Philippine Statistics Authority-issued birth certificate — the only legally recognized copy. Verifies identity, age, and parentage at the national registry level.

How we authenticate

Accepting a document isn't verification. Confirming it at the source is.

  1. Fresh procurement required. Every document must be newly obtained from the issuing government office — regardless of whether the candidate already holds a copy.
  2. Source-level cross-referencing. Documents are checked against issuing office records. A clearance is only valid when the office that issued it confirms it.
  3. Multi-document consistency check. Name, birthdate, and address are cross-verified across all six document categories. Any discrepancy triggers a hold until resolved.
  4. 18-region jurisdictional sweep. The NPCS clearance covers all administrative regions — not just the candidate's current municipality. Regional warrants and localized records are surfaced.

Why fresh documents matter

A clearance issued six months ago only reflects status at that point in time. A fresh clearance reflects status today. We require new documents for every placement because your family's safety depends on current information, not historical snapshots.
