What we verify
Six document categories. Each one freshly obtained or newly conducted, verified through its source, and cross-checked for consistency.
NBI Clearance
National Bureau of Investigation clearance verified for criminal record history. Procured fresh — we do not accept previously issued copies regardless of recency.

Verification means confirming the document at its source.
- Fresh procurement required. Every document must be newly obtained from the issuing government office — regardless of whether the candidate already holds a copy.
- Source-level verification. Documents are checked through the issuing office or its official verification channel — QR codes, serial verification, or direct confirmation. A clearance stands once its source confirms it.
- Multi-document consistency check. Name, birthdate, and address are cross-verified across all six document categories. Any discrepancy triggers a hold until resolved.
- 18-region clearance scope. The NPCS clearance covers all administrative regions — reaching well beyond the candidate's current municipality and bringing records from every region within the scope of review.
Why fresh documents matter
A clearance issued six months ago only reflects status at that point in time. A fresh clearance reflects status today. We require new documents for every placement because your family's safety depends on information that is current.
