Required clearances, identity records and clinical screening records are verified through the issuing authority or its authorized verification channel before a candidate is presented to your family. A document is a claim. Verification turns it into evidence.
What we verify
Six record categories. Clearances and screening records are obtained or conducted for the current screening process, checked through their source, and cross-referenced for consistency.
NBI Clearance
A fresh National Bureau of Investigation clearance is obtained for screening and authenticated through the NBI's official verification channel. We do not rely on previously submitted clearance copies.

A National Police Clearance is obtained through the PNP's nationwide clearance system (PNP-NPCS), extending police-record screening beyond a single local jurisdiction.

Community-level clearance is obtained from the candidate's barangay of residence and reviewed alongside the national clearances and identity records used in the screening process.

A Philippine Statistics Authority-issued birth certificate is used to cross-check the candidate's registered identity and birth information against other screening records.

At least one current, valid government-issued ID is required and cross-referenced against the candidate's other identity and screening records for consistency.

A 4-panel medical examination is conducted through Hi-Precision Diagnostics. MMPI-based psychological assessment is conducted at Manila Doctors Hospital by licensed clinical psychologists. Both are newly conducted for the current screening process.

Verification means checking the record through its issuing authority or authorized verification channel, then testing it against the rest of the candidate's screening file.
- Current screening records. Required clearances are obtained for the current screening process. Government identification must be current and valid. Medical and psychological assessments are newly conducted.
- Source-level authentication. Records are checked through the issuing authority or its authorized verification channel, including official digital verification where available.
- Multi-record consistency check. Identity information is cross-referenced across the candidate's clearances, civil records, identification, and screening file. A material discrepancy triggers review before the candidate proceeds.
- National clearance scope. NBI and National Police Clearance records are reviewed together, extending screening beyond a single local jurisdiction and forming the National Dual-Audit™.
Why current records matter
A clearance reflects the issuing system's records at the time it is issued. Requiring a new clearance reduces reliance on outdated screening information. Verification supports judgment. It does not eliminate risk.
Document authentication feeds the Security Double-Lock™ . NBI and National Police Clearance screening form Lock 1, the National Dual-Audit™, while Lock 2 is MMPI-based psychological assessment conducted at Manila Doctors Hospital by licensed clinical psychologists.
