Full-Service Household Staffing Agency

Looking for a maid agency? Nanny agency? Yaya agency? Kasambahay agency? Cook agency? Driver agency? Caregiver agency?

That's us—MaidProvider.ph. We are a full-service household staffing agency—one partner for all your home staffing needs.

16 Years. 80,000+ Homes. Thousands of Lives Changed.

Since 2009, MaidProvider.ph has connected Filipino families with verified, professionally screened household professionals. We've served over 80,000 homes and helped thousands of Maid Pros, Yaya Pros, Cook Pros, Driver Pros, and Caregiver Pros find dignified, fairly compensated employment.

We wrote this article so you can decide if we're the right fit for your family—not to convince you we're perfect. We have limitations, and we'll be upfront about them.

The Challenge Facing Philippine Families Today

Finding trustworthy household help has never been more complex. Philippine families navigating the household staffing market often encounter two extremes: ultra-low service fees paired with promises of instant refunds and unlimited replacements, or premium pricing with unclear inclusions and limited transparency.

Many families find themselves caught in cycles of re-matching and household disruption—precisely when they need stability most. We believe there's a better approach, one built on sustainable practices that protect everyone involved.

A Growing Industry Challenge: The Professional Shortage

Our industry faces a significant challenge: a shortage of experienced, qualified household professionals—skilled Yaya Pros, Cook Pros, Caregiver Pros, and Kasambahay Pros who view this as career work, not temporary employment.

Through our conversations with placement specialists and our own hiring data, we've observed that when agencies compete primarily on price, compensation for household professionals often suffers. When talented individuals feel undervalued, many choose to leave the profession entirely, creating a smaller pool of experienced candidates for families who need them.

This isn't just our observation. According to the Philippine Statistics Authority's 2023 Labor Force Survey, domestic work employment has declined 12% since 2019, while demand from dual-income households continues to rise.

We designed our model to address this challenge directly.

Why Sustainable Pricing Matters

When agencies operate on extremely thin margins, difficult tradeoffs emerge. Our approach prioritizes thoroughness over speed, comprehensive vetting over quick placement, and professional dignity over cost-cutting.

We charge ₱20,000 as our service fee. Here's what that investment covers:

Comprehensive Medical Safety Screening

Delivered through Hi-Precision Diagnostics, our medical screening includes chest X-ray screening, Hepatitis B testing, drug and substance screening, pregnancy testing, and standard health clearance certification.

Identity and Background Verification

We process and authenticate through official channels: NBI Clearance Center authentication, Philippine National Police clearance verification, and government-issued valid ID verification (National ID, passport, or other recognized identification).

Behavioral and Emotional Readiness Assessment

Certified by Manila Doctors Hospital, this evaluation includes pre-deployment behavioral stability screening, stress response, attitude, and adaptability assessment, and expectation alignment before household placement.

Our commitment: We maintain these rigorous standards for every candidate, including replacement placements.

Supporting Professional Dignity Through Fair Compensation

Beyond our screening infrastructure, sustainable pricing enables us to support the broader ecosystem.

We believe our Maid Pros, Yaya Pros, Cook Pros, Driver Pros, and Caregiver Pros deserve recognition as skilled workers: fair market salaries that reflect their skills and responsibilities, legal benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) as required by law, professional treatment from agencies and employers alike, and career development opportunities.

Important clarification: The ₱20,000 agency fee covers our screening, verification, and operational infrastructure. Monthly salaries (starting at ₱12,000, per Kasambahay Law requirements) are paid separately by you directly to the household professional.

When workers are compensated fairly and treated with respect, our internal records show they remain in positions significantly longer than industry norms. Everyone benefits from this stability—families, workers, and the profession itself.

Our Approach to Replacement Guarantees

Industry debate continues around "unlimited replacement" policies. These guarantees offer flexibility, which some families value. However, based on our 16 years of experience, we've found that uncapped replacements can sometimes prioritize speed over precise matching.

Our goal is different: to find the right match from the start, rather than cycling through multiple placements.

Our Replacement Framework

Days 0–30: Full replacement guarantee with complete re-screening at no additional cost.

Days 31–180: Replacement available with ₱5,000 replacement fee (covers new medical screening, background checks, and behavioral assessment).

Matching precision: We cap replacements at 3 within any 6-month period, which encourages our Human+ Care Team to invest deeply in initial pairing rather than rapid placement.

Our Head of Placement Services explains: "The cap makes us better at our jobs. We can't just send anyone—we need to truly understand both the household's needs and the professional's strengths before making a recommendation."

Does this approach work for everyone? No. Some families prefer the flexibility of unlimited replacements, and that's a valid choice. We've chosen to optimize for thoughtful, precise matching instead.

Operating Within Philippine Labor Law

MaidProvider.ph operates as a DOLE-licensed Private Employment Agency (License No. M-24-04-034). This licensing means we follow established regulatory frameworks:

Republic Act 10361 (Kasambahay Law): Governing fair treatment, rest days, and legal benefits for household workers.

DOLE Private Employment Agency Rules: Covering refund policies, placement guarantees, and agency accountability.

Labor Code provisions: Protecting both employer and worker rights.

Understanding Our Refund Policy

DOLE regulations establish specific guidelines for employment agency refunds. Here's how this works in practice:

Days 0–30: DOLE-mandated free replacement period. If a placement doesn't work out, we actively search for an alternative match at no additional cost.

After Day 30: If we cannot provide a suitable replacement and you meet DOLE eligibility guidelines, you may request a refund of 75% of the service fee (₱13,393, net of VAT).

Eligibility guidelines protect both parties:

Refund typically applies when: We cannot locate a suitable replacement, medical or background issues emerge post-deployment that we should have caught, or documented agency error occurred.

Refund typically does not apply when: Employment ended due to documented labor law violations by the employer, client contract violations, or subjective preference changes after successful placement.

Processing timeline: Once a refund is approved under DOLE guidelines, processing takes 30–50 banking business days through our corporate banking partners.

Complete timeline from initial concern to refund: Approximately 60–80 days (30-day replacement search period + 30–50 day banking processing).

Our track record: According to our internal records, we fulfilled 95% of eligible refund requests within the stated timeline in 2025 (improved from 80–90% in 2017–2024). Zero eligible refunds have been denied in 16 years of operation.

We recognize these timelines are longer than instant refunds offered elsewhere. The tradeoff is regulatory compliance and financial sustainability that ensures we'll be here to honor our commitments.

Real Stories: Why This Model Works

Note: Names have been changed to protect privacy. These testimonials reflect actual experiences from both employer families and household professionals.

The Chen Family, Quezon City

"We'd been through three helpers in four months with our previous agency—all the stress of constant orientation, our toddler getting upset with changes, and security concerns about who was in our home. When MaidProvider explained their screening process and matching approach, we were skeptical about paying more. But our Yaya Pro has been with us 18 months now. She's part of our family. The stability was worth every peso."

Yolanda R., Yaya Pro

"I've worked with four agencies over 12 years. MaidProvider is the first that treated me like a professional, not inventory. The medical screening actually made me feel safer too—I knew my health was being taken seriously. And the Human+ Care Team helped my employers understand the legal requirements like SSS and rest days from day one."

The Rodriguez Family, Makati

"Full transparency: our first placement didn't work out. Different expectations around childcare approaches. But MaidProvider's Human+ Care Team didn't rush us. They did a detailed debrief, adjusted their search criteria, and our second match has been excellent. The wait was frustrating, but exactly as promised. When we tried again, the matching was better."

Our Operational Commitments

We lead with transparency, not perfection: clear communication about processes, timelines, and policies; standards maintained consistently, including for replacement placements; good-faith resolution of concerns based on contract terms and regulatory guidelines; continuous improvement of our matching and evaluation processes; protection of dignity for both employers and household professionals; and public accountability through our weekly transparency reports.

You've invited someone into your home—one of the most important decisions a family makes. We honor that trust by operating with candor, structure, and regulatory compliance.

Our Track Record

We define success not by how many placements we make, but by how long they last.

Families served: 80,000+ homes since 2009.

Professionals helped: Thousands of Maid Pros, Yaya Pros, Cook Pros, Driver Pros, and Caregiver Pros placed in dignified employment.

Years in operation: 16 years continuous under same name and license.

Client return rate: 80% of families return for additional placements (based on our internal records).

Worker retention: 70% of household professionals remain in our network (based on our internal records).

2025 refund performance: 95% on-time fulfillment.

Eligible refunds denied: Zero in 16 years.

We publish these numbers not because they're perfect—they're not—but because accountability requires honesty about both successes and areas for improvement.

Is This Approach Right for You?

Our model works best for families who: value rigorous screening and precise matching over rapid placement; prefer to pay more upfront for comprehensive services rather than risk hidden costs later; appreciate transparency about processes, policies, and tradeoffs; want to work with a DOLE-licensed agency operating within Philippine labor law; and believe household professionals deserve fair compensation and professional treatment.

Our model may not be ideal if you: need immediate placement (our detailed evaluation process typically requires 5–10 days); prefer unlimited flexibility to try multiple professionals until you find the perfect fit; or are primarily focused on finding the absolute lowest service fee.

Different families have different priorities, and that's completely valid. We're transparent about our approach so you can make an informed decision.
