Questions families often ask.
Do you serve outside Metro Manila?
Yes. Core coverage spans Metro Manila and nearby Luzon — Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, and the Pampanga/Clark/Subic corridor. Selected provincial placements are arranged on request across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, including Baguio, Palawan, Cebu City, Davao City, Iloilo, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, and Zamboanga. Logistics and lead time are confirmed per inquiry.
Are provincial candidates screened the same way as Metro Manila placements?
Yes. Every endorsed candidate completes the same Security Double-Lock™ verification regardless of placement location: Lock 1 is the National Dual-Audit™ — PNP-NPCS 18-region criminal and identity audit plus NBI biometric authentication. Lock 2 is clinical psychological screening at Manila Doctors Hospital, our partner since 2015. No "local" clearances — only national 18-region verification.
How long does placement take?
Typical matching timeline is up to 10 days for general kasambahay, helper, cook, laundress, non-infant yaya, and Elder Sitter Pro in NCR. Up to 14 days for infant nanny, Caregiver Pro, Family Driver Pro, household couples, and placements outside NCR. The ₱25,000 fee remains the same regardless of timeline — the timeline reflects the work required.
What legal framework governs each household role?
Three frameworks apply. Maid Pro, Nanny Pro, Elder Sitter Pro, and Family Cook Pro deploy under RA 10361 (Batas Kasambahay). Caregiver Pro deploys under RA 11965 (Caregivers Welfare Act, November 2023), which requires TESDA National Certificate, TESDA-accredited caregiver training, or licensed health-professional status. Family Driver Pro operates under Civil Code Art. 1689–1699 per Supreme Court ruling Atienza v. Saluta (G.R. 233413, 2019) — family drivers are not classified as kasambahay.
