Licensed clinical psychologists at Manila Doctors Hospital conduct a comprehensive 3-hour psychological assessment. This includes emotional stability evaluation, stress management capacity testing, interpersonal skills assessment, and household work compatibility screening. This is not a simple quiz - it's a genuine clinical examination by medical professionals.
What does NBI and National Police Clearance verification include?
Most agencies use a 'Local' clearance limited to one city. We require a PNP National Police Clearance (NPCS) which screens the candidate against the entire Philippine National Police database across all 17 regions and provinces nationwide. Combined with NBI biometric authentication, government ID cross-check, employer calls, digital searches, and field address verification—we verify everything before placement.
What medical tests are included in the screening?
4-panel medical screening via Hi-Precision Diagnostics includes: chest X-ray for TB screening, Hepatitis B surface antigen test (household health baseline), drug test, and pregnancy test. All tests conducted by licensed physicians and verified before placement.
Why do you test for Hepatitis B?
We include Hepatitis B because it's an incredibly resilient virus—it can survive on surfaces like razors or nail clippers for at least 7 days. While it isn't spread through food or casual contact, we believe a gold-standard screening must include a baseline of the candidate's long-term health to ensure they are physically fit for the energy demands of your home.
