Licensed clinical psychologists at Manila Doctors Hospital conduct a comprehensive 3-hour psychological assessment. This includes emotional stability evaluation, stress management capacity testing, interpersonal skills assessment, and household work compatibility screening. This is a clinical examination by medical professionals.
What does NPCS verification include?
We verify candidate records via the National Police Clearance System (NPCS) across all 18 administrative regions of the Philippines. Combined with NBI biometric authentication, government ID cross-check, employer calls, digital searches, and field address verification — we verify everything before placement.
What medical screening is included before placement?
Our pre-placement health screening may include a chest X-ray, drug test, and other role-relevant health checks based on physician guidance — all reviewed by a licensed medical professional. All screening is conducted through a licensed diagnostic partner. Results are reviewed confidentially and are used to support safe placement, proper medical guidance, and informed household planning — not stigma, automatic exclusion, or unequal treatment.
How do you handle health screening in a non-discriminatory way?
We handle all health screening with confidentiality, dignity, and respect for the worker's rights. Health-related findings are not treated as automatic grounds for rejection. Where needed, decisions are guided by the actual duties of the role, physician advice, lawful workplace standards, and reasonable household safety measures.
How is Hepatitis B screening handled?
When included, Hepatitis B screening is handled through a confidential and non-discriminatory process, in accordance with DOLE Advisory No. 05 on Hepatitis B non-discrimination. Any result is not used as a sole basis for denial of work opportunity and is reviewed only for lawful health guidance, medical follow-up where appropriate, and informed placement planning.
