4.1★ Verified Across 6 Platforms
When Maria Santos searched for a yaya in 2019, she found our 2.2★ Yelp rating from years we’d rather forget. She hired us anyway. Seven years later, her family still works with the same household professional.
1,276+ reviews. 87% satisfaction rate when normalized to percentage scale. We show our work.

Transparency through cross-validation
A single metric can be manipulated through selective platform presence or review deletion. Two independently calculated metrics create accountability: if one were fraudulent, the other would expose it. Our 4.1★ includes our 2.2★ Yelp rating — the lowest-rated platform where the majority of negative reviews date to our early operational years. Our 87% treats every platform equally. Most agencies cherry-pick their best rating; we calculate ours twice and show the parts that hurt.
About Platform Algorithms
Yelp’s recommendation system prioritizes recent review patterns and heavily weights historical data. While we’ve dramatically improved service quality since 2019, our Yelp rating remains sensitive to older reviews—some recent positive experiences haven’t been reflected in the published rating. This is Yelp’s algorithmic choice, not ours. We can’t control how platforms weight reviews over time. What we can control is showing you all the data: our verified rating across six independent platforms, calculated two different ways.
Addressing Sentiment Polarization
Google may flag our reviews as “polarized.” This is correct. It is a mathematical reflection of our 17-year journey: the vast majority of our 1-star reviews occurred during our early years (2015–2019), while our current era (2021–2026) is defined by consistent 5-star performance across platforms. We refuse to delete our history to “smooth out” the data. Integrity means showing the scars, not just the stars.
Higher than the Philippine industry average of 3.8★. We can’t delete reviews. Scam agencies rebrand every 18 months. We’ve published every rating—good and bad—for 17 years.
Behind every ★ is a family who trusted us with what matters most. Behind every % is a professional we treated with dignity.
Verification Beyond Ratings
Somerset (2009) and Donada (2012), both operational in Pasay City. Verifiable via Wayback Machine since 2009. Scams don’t maintain two physical locations for 17 years.
r/HouseholdCommunityPH on Reddit—we host the space but cannot delete criticism. Ultimate transparency test. Fraudulent agencies can’t survive unmoderated forums.
Household professionals reviewed us on May Trabaho Community without incentive. Workers don’t praise agencies that exploit them. Unanimous endorsement proves ethical treatment.
Public documentation of every complaint, resolution timeline, and operational failure. 94% resolved within 5 days. Accountability infrastructure competitors don’t match.
Ratings show performance. These prove we exist to be held accountable.
How we handle a spike in replacements.
In the week ending December 13, 2025, we recorded 8 replacement requests—a sudden spike that signaled a gap in our orientation verification. Instead of treating these as isolated incidents, we documented the failure in our weekly report and accelerated our transition to new recruitment infrastructure (Manatal) to improve candidate matching. We maintained our 94% resolution rate, ensuring replacements were processed within our 5-day commitment. Integrity means admitting when the process is strained—and proving we fix the source, not just the symptom.
Read the December 17 Report →What This Really Means
The Philippines has 2 million+ domestic workers. While DOLE monitors 1 million businesses, they cannot legally inspect private homes. Verification isn’t optional—it’s your only protection.
1. Six Independent Platforms
We don’t control Google, Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard, Facebook, Yelp, or Reddit. If we were a scam, we couldn’t maintain positive ratings across platforms we can’t manipulate. In a market where 40% of local agencies operate without a valid DOLE license, our 17-year digital footprint is proof of existence. Fraudulent agencies disappear before consequences arrive. We’ve been accountable since 2009.
2. Worker Reviews Validate Ethics
Household professionals reviewed us voluntarily—100% recommend MaidProvider.ph. Workers don’t praise agencies that exploit them. In a market where most kasambahay (household workers) earn ₱5,000-₱8,000 monthly, unanimous worker endorsement proves ethical treatment.
3. 17-Year Track Record
Our oldest reviews date to 2015. We operated through a period when service quality failed. Those reviews remain public. Our Yelp rating reflects our historical journey—evidence of accountability, not perfection. We attempted to verify and resolve each complaint by reaching out to reviewers directly — most did not respond or could not be matched to records in our deployment system. Most agencies delete, rebrand, or relocate when reputation declines. We published transparency reports investigating our own failures.
4. Beyond Government Limits
DOLE License M-24-04-034 verified and maintained since 2009. Call DOLE directly at (02) 8527-8000 to verify continuous compliance. But here’s what matters more: DOLE has ~1,200 inspectors for 1 million businesses, and they legally cannot inspect private homes without a court order. This means your agency is your only line of defense. We use Manila Doctors Hospital for clinical psychological screening—providing a layer of security the law doesn’t mandate and competitors don’t match.
Where You Can Verify Us
Six platforms we don’t control. Every review stays public. No deletions. No filters.
Trustpilot
International credibility verification. We can’t edit or delete reviews on Trustpilot—they maintain editorial independence.
Google Business
Long-term accountability. Legacy negative reviews remain public. Sustained quality post-recovery.
ComplaintsBoard
We respond to complaints publicly within 48 hours. Verified by independent third party. 94% resolved within 5 days.
Facebook Business Page
98% of Facebook reviewers recommend MaidProvider.ph. Verified business account. Public record of every interaction. Scammers can’t get verified on Meta.
May Trabaho Community
100% of household professionals recommend MaidProvider.ph. Workers praise us without incentive. In an industry where exploitation is common, unanimous voluntary worker endorsement proves ethical treatment.
Yelp
We don’t hide our past. This rating reflects our most difficult operational period. We publish it because accountability means showing the full story—not just the parts that look good.
r/HouseholdCommunityPH
We host spaces where criticism can’t be deleted. Ultimate transparency test. Scams can’t survive unmoderated forums.
Fair Wages, Zero Salary Deductions
The uncomfortable economics of household staffing: privilege meeting labor. We publish wage standards because opacity enables exploitation.
Zero-Deduction Policy
Most agencies "double-dip"—charging families a placement fee while also deducting from worker salaries. We charge families transparently and never touch worker earnings. Fair wages aren’t charity. They’re insurance against turnover that disrupts your life and theirs. Underpaid workers leave. Stability requires equity. When household professionals earn fair wages, they stay. When they stay, your family benefits. This isn’t virtue signaling—it’s documented operational strategy.
What Sets Us Apart
The Security "Double-Lock" Standard
NBI shows the past. NPCS closes regional warrant loopholes. Manila Doctors Hospital verifies current emotional stability. Your agency is your only line of defense in a private home — DOLE inspectors cannot legally enter without a court order.
Weekly Transparency Reports Since November 2025
What we still get wrong
100% response rate sounds perfect. It isn’t. Some responses are better than others. Perfect metrics suggest either divine intervention or selective counting. We’re neither blessed nor dishonest. We’re transparent about imperfection.
Two Buildings in Pasay Since 2009
Scams don’t maintain two buildings in the same neighborhood for 17 years. Physical presence means you know exactly where to go when something goes wrong. Growth without relocation signals stability you can verify independently—both addresses, same Pasay zip code, unbroken timeline.
ESG Aligned Governance
The household staffing industry in the Philippines is historically opaque. By aligning with ESG frameworks, we replace the "luck-based" hiring model with a measurable, audited system of accountability. When you hire through an ESG-aligned agency, you are supporting ethical labor and data-driven security.
Independent Performance Records
We do not curate, filter, or delete public feedback. The following are independent platform records from Google, Trustpilot, and our worker community—representing a 17-year audit of both successful placements and documented operational failures. Platform availability may fluctuate based on user privacy settings or algorithm updates.
"Transparency over perfection" is our ESG mandate. We maintain the full public record of our 17-year journey.
The Question Isn’t "Are They Perfect?"
The question is "Can you verify their claims?"
Don’t Trust Reviews. Verify Everything.
We don’t ask you to trust us. We give you the tools to verify every claim independently.
1. Call DOLE
Verify: Legal licensing, years in operation, regulatory violations, labor law compliance.
Takes 5 minutes. They’ll confirm everything.
2. Call Medical Partners
Verify: Corporate partnership status, psychological screening methodology, tests included.
Takes 10 minutes. Both partners will confirm.
3. Visit Our Office
Somerset, 2009. Our first office under the MaidProvider name. Donada, 2012. We expanded. Both buildings still stand in Pasay. Same neighborhood. Same commitment.
Somerset now houses our team and applicants. Donada handles operations. Two locations, one continuous thread: we don’t disappear when reputation requires it.
Walk-ins welcome. Scams don’t maintain two buildings for 17 years.
4. Check Each Platform
Don’t just read our website. Visit Trustpilot, Google, ComplaintsBoard, Facebook, Reddit directly. Read positive AND negative reviews. Check response rate. Look for patterns over time.
Takes 30 minutes. You’ll see the complete truth.
5. Search the Wayback Machine
The Internet Archive has captured our website since 2009. Fraudulent agencies rebrand every 18 months to escape bad reviews. A 17-year-old digital footprint cannot be faked, backdated, or purchased.
Search maidagencyphilippines.com (our original domain) and maidprovider.ph (current). Same company, same neighborhood, unbroken digital trail.
Takes 2 minutes. The archive proves existence.
6. Verify Our Phone Infrastructure
Three enterprise-grade lines — not prepaid SIMs, not personal numbers. Smart Infinity Corporate accounts require business verification and ongoing compliance. Our PLDT Enterprise landline has been active at the same Pasay address for over a decade.
Agencies that change numbers don’t want to be found. We’ve kept ours for over a decade.
Takes 30 seconds. Call any line — they all answer.
