Why MaidProvider.ph

The Human+ Standard™

Because who comes home matters.

Three independent institutional partners. One uncompromising standard. Documented before placement, published openly, lived daily. The work that makes trust possible.

What sets us apart

Documented. Visible. Lived.

100%
Clinically Screened

Clinical screening, not guesswork

Every household professional completes a clinical psychological assessment at Manila Doctors Hospital, conducted by licensed clinical psychologists — not automated questionnaires. A short interview reveals whether someone can cook. A clinical assessment reveals whether they are emotionally ready for your home.

Medical clearance is conducted through Hi-Precision Diagnostics — an independent third-party laboratory — ensuring comprehensive physical health screening alongside psychological evaluation.

Common Practice in the Sector

Psychological screening often skipped or offered as a premium add-on.

MaidProvider.ph Standard

Standard for every candidate. No "basic" vs "premium" tiers.

2009
Operating Since

One name you can track

Operating since 2009. Same brand. DOLE-licensed under PEA License M-24-04-034. Continuous public record — including through difficult years.

Common Practice in the Sector

Rebranding after complaints or operational closures.

MaidProvider.ph Standard

One brand. One DOLE PEA license. One verifiable record.

18
Regions Verified

Security Double-Lock™

We cross-verify every candidate through the National Police Clearance System across all 18 administrative regions of the Philippines, combined with NBI biometric authentication. Built to reduce the local-only clearance gaps that miss records elsewhere in the country.

We verify the person — not just the document they bring to the interview.

Common Practice in the Sector

Local clearances from a single municipality.

MaidProvider.ph Standard

Security Double-Lock™ nationwide verification.

Pasay HQ

A real office you can walk into

Pasay City headquarters since 2009. Meet our coordinators in person. Interview candidates onsite. If something needs attention, you know exactly where to go and who is responsible.

Common Practice in the Sector

Virtual offices or online-only operations.

MaidProvider.ph Standard

Roof Deck & 3A, 1710 Donada St., Pasay City. Walk-ins welcome.

24/7
Human+ Care

Real help, every time of day

Our Human+ Care team is reachable around the clock. Decisions that affect people's lives are made by human coordinators — not by automated routing alone.

When your yaya calls in sick at 6 AM or your caregiver has an emergency on Sunday, you cannot wait until Monday.

Common Practice in the Sector

Office-hours only. Delayed replies. Limited weekend support.

MaidProvider.ph Standard

Human+ Care reachable 24/7. Decisions made by humans.

Verified where it matters

Household staffing carries real risk. Verification is the protection that makes trust possible.

What you receive

Four layers of screening before placement

Medical clearance, background verification across 18 regions, clinical psychological assessment, and professional training. Conducted with three independent institutional partners.

Fair wages with no hidden deductions

We advocate above-NCR-minimum-wage compensation. Household professionals receive their full agreed salary, in accordance with the legal framework that governs each role — RA 10361 (Batas Kasambahay), RA 11965 (Caregivers Welfare Act), or Civil Code Art. 1689–1699 (family drivers).

Support that begins at placement

Human+ Care available throughout your engagement. Replacement assistance under the Six-Month Protection Standard™. Guidance when concerns arise.

One standard for every household

No tiered service levels. No premium add-ons. Every family and every household professional moves through the same Human+ Standard™ process, from initial inquiry through placement.

Documented complaint handling

Concerns are logged and reviewed under our documented protocols. We publish a weekly transparency report on operations.

Don't take our word for it.

What Seventeen Years Has Taught Us About Trust

A letter from the MaidProvider Care Team—the screening system we built, the standards we hold, and why families choose us.

Human. Confident.

Provenance & Purpose

On Trust, Transparency, and the Lessons That Built Us

Why we do this. Why it matters. What we learned the hard way.

Thank you for visiting. If you're reading this, you're doing what careful people do before hiring someone into their home: you're researching.

You may have seen our reviews—both favorable and critical. We keep them visible because trust isn't built by hiding what's uncomfortable.

2009: We started with a principle

Household professionals deserve dignity. Families deserve safety. We committed to both.

Our Early Years: We grew too fast—and fell short

We prioritized speed over consistency. We learned the hard way. And we changed.

2020–2024: Engineering the Standard

We rebuilt around the Security Double-Lock™—clinical psychological screening at Manila Doctors Hospital and an 18-region jurisdictional sweep via the National Police Clearance System. We moved from agency to risk-management firm.

2025–2026: Institutional Integrity

In November 2025, we launched weekly Transparency Reports—making operational data public for the first time in the industry. We implemented enterprise-grade infrastructure: Manatal ATS, six-platform review monitoring, and documented resolution workflows. We chose accountability over shortcuts.

Your home deserves a conversation, not a transaction.

Speak with our Care Team about your household.

MaidProvider.ph

Who We Are

Philippine household staffing since 2009.
Human+ · DOLE PEA License M-24-04-034

The Beginning

MaidProvider.ph entered an industry that barely existed online.

In 2009, finding household professionals meant sifting through yellow pages, scanning paper classifieds, or relying entirely on word-of-mouth referrals. Agencies operated informally — no websites, no standards, no accountability.

Most concerning: the kasambahay themselves were treated as invisible. Low wages. No screening. No training. "Helper" was the only word used, and it reflected how the industry saw them.

We entered with one goal: change everything.

What We Built

An Online Door

We launched online when the industry was still print-only. We built social presence when agencies didn't. We made hiring accessible 24/7 when the standard was office-hours-only.

The result: Families could find household professionals in hours, not weeks.

Risk-Based Background Investigation

We introduced comprehensive vetting: home visits, employer verification, behavioral profiling, risk assessment. We verified online presence before it was standard.

The result: Families got safety. Workers got dignity through thorough vetting.

Filipino-Language Training Manual

We built a Filipino-language training manual covering 74 essential skills — from Heimlich maneuvers to household management. Practical. Direct. Free to clients.

The result: Competence became a system, not a gamble.

Employer Legal Guide

We built a practical legal guide for household employers — compiling scattered Kasambahay Law (RA 10361) requirements into simple, digestible instructions.

The result: Families could employ workers legally without hiring lawyers.

Clinical Psychological Screening

In 2015, we introduced clinical psychological screening — measuring emotional readiness for private service. This became the foundation of Lock 2 in the Security Double-Lock™ Standard.

The result: Personality fit and emotional stability became measurable.

The Security Double-Lock™ Standard

Two locks. Three independent partners. One uncompromising standard. Designed to replace "luck" with documented verification.

Lock 1: National Identity Audit

We go beyond the single NBI clearance. We verify candidate records via the National Police Clearance System (NPCS) across all 18 administrative regions of the Philippines — ensuring regional records are never missed. Combined with permanent address verification and NBI biometric authentication.

Lock 2: Clinical Mental Fitness

Background checks only show the past. We verify the present through clinical psychological assessments conducted at Manila Doctors Hospital, our clinical partner for over a decade. Licensed psychologists evaluate emotional stability, stress tolerance, and behavioral fitness before a candidate is ever presented to your family.

Medical clearance is conducted through Hi-Precision Diagnostics — an independent third-party laboratory — ensuring comprehensive physical health screening alongside psychological evaluation.

Why This Matters to You

These aren't just features. They're safeguards for your family.

When you hire a household professional, you're inviting someone into your home. Around your children. With access to your belongings, your privacy, your daily rhythm.

Every system we built exists because we understand what's at stake.

What this means for your family:

Trust isn't asked for — it's documented before she joins your home. Personality fit is read clinically, not assumed. Competence is built into the system, not hoped for after hire.

We built these systems not for category claims. We built them to help Filipino families make safer, better-documented hiring decisions.

The Hard Years: Our Early Growth Period

We built. We also stumbled.

In our early years, we grew fast — too fast. Coordination gaps appeared. Communication broke down. Replacement timelines stretched. Some families felt neglected. Workers were caught in the middle.

Our Google and Yelp reviews from this period reflect that reality. We didn't delete them. They stay.

What we learned:

  • Speed without systems creates chaos
  • Growth without accountability breeds distrust
  • Building without follow-through disappoints everyone

What we did:

  • Rebuilt internal workflows
  • Implemented documented complaint response protocols
  • Created documented resolution processes
  • Hired experienced operations leadership
  • Launched regular operational reporting

We published our historical complaints analysis publicly. Not because it was comfortable, but because accountability requires visibility.

The Evolution: 2020–2026

2020
Fair Wage Advocacy Begins
We began publicly advocating for fair, livable wages for household professionals — and stopped deducting placement fees from worker salaries.
2024
Operational Restructuring
We rebuilt internal leadership, redesigned complaint resolution workflows, and began developing the transparency framework that would go public the following year. The engine was rebuilt before we opened the hood.
2025
Human+ Advocacy, Verification & Public Accountability
We stopped using "helper" and started using "Household Professional" — Maid Pro, Yaya Pro, Caregiver Pro, Cook Pro, Driver Pro. (Though we kept our name so you could still find us on Google.) We became Meta Verified (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), X Verified, and LinkedIn Verified — maintaining active profiles on 6 independent platforms, each one open to public scrutiny. In November, we launched weekly Transparency Reports: Google reviews analysis, complaint resolution tracking, pricing breakdowns, and platform recovery progress — published publicly.
2025–2026
Infrastructure Maturity
We implemented enterprise-grade systems: Manatal ATS for applicant tracking, comprehensive cash flow management, and six-platform review monitoring (Facebook, Google, Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard, Yelp, Reddit). Operations became systematic, not reactive.

Every day, we ask one question: how can household staffing be fairer?

Our work spans operations, education, technology, and frontline care. When systems fail, we redesign them — building safeguards and standards that protect families and household professionals alike.

As homes change, so do their needs. So we keep improving. Not to prove we are the best, but to become better than we were yesterday.
