Every candidate undergoes a 3-hour clinical psychological assessment by licensed psychologists at Manila Doctors Hospital - - evaluating emotional stability, stress response, and household compatibility.
Medical Clearance
Comprehensive pre-employment medical clearance per DOH standards, conducted through Hi-Precision Diagnostics. All results verified by licensed physicians before placement.

We believe the quality of care in your home begins with how the person providing it is treated. Every professional we place earns at least PHP 12,000 - - our wage floor on every placement, above the NCR minimum. She is paid on time, works under fair and transparent employment terms, and is genuinely valued.

Six-Month Protection Standard™
We know this is a meaningful commitment. It is meant to be - - because what you are choosing is clinical screening, institutional verification, professional training, and the Six-Month Protection Standard™.
This is your safety net, not a billing schedule. If your household professional remains with your family, no further fees apply. If we cannot present a replacement candidate matching your stated requirements within the first 30 days of her start date, we refund 75% of the net-of-VAT service fee - - PHP 18,750 under the Six-Month Protection Standard™. Full terms, exclusions, and protection conditions are set out in the Service Agreement provided at intake.
