The Human+ Standard
MaidProvider.ph
Is Now on YouTube
For seventeen years we have written about how household staffing in the Philippines should be done. Now you can watch it.
@MaidProviderHumanPlusThe same standard we have set since 2009 is now on video, in full, where anyone can watch before they decide. This is the Human+ Standard, on camera.
What you’ll find on the channel
The channel is built around one promise: show the work, not the pitch. Every video documents how a kasambahay — a household professional — actually moves through our process, and what protection looks like for the families who hire them and the workers we place.
- The Hiring Guide. A clear, start-to-finish walkthrough of how to hire a kasambahay, caregiver, or family driver the right way — what to verify, what to ask, and what a real agency owes you.
- Inside the Security Double-Lock™. How every candidate clears Lock 1, our National Dual-Audit™ (PNP-NPCS across 18 regions plus NBI biometric verification), and Lock 2, clinical psychological screening at Manila Doctors Hospital, in place since 2015. See how the standard works →
- What protection means. How the Six-Month Protection Standard™ works, what a replacement actually involves, and where our accountability begins and ends.
- The people behind the standard. The household professionals we place, and the families who stand behind them.
Documented. Visible. Lived.
What is the Human+ Standard?
The Human+ Standard is MaidProvider.ph’s operating philosophy: a household staffing model that protects both the family and the household professional, and proves it with documentation rather than promises.
- Dual screening on every candidate through the Security Double-Lock™ — national background verification and clinical psychological screening, no exceptions.
- Six months of protection under the Six-Month Protection Standard™ — one settlement fee, interview before you pay, and a defined replacement window if a placement does not hold.
- Bilateral accountability — protection that honors the client family and the kasambahay equally, because a standard that protects only one side is not a standard.
Worker protection over five stars. Transparency over perfection. Always.
Why we built a YouTube channel
Trust in this industry has been earned cheaply for too long, with stock photos, five-star averages, and language that sounds like protection without being it. Video closes that gap. It is the hardest format to fake and the easiest to verify.
So we are putting the process on record. When you can watch how a household professional is screened, how a replacement is handled, and how a family is protected, you no longer have to take our word for it. You can take the footage — and you can read the receipts in our Transparency Report and across our independent reviews.
