Zero Unresolved.
Since 2018 under the Security Double-Lock™ protocol. Every documented security incident has been resolved. None outstanding. None unaddressed. Here's how the discipline works.
The Philippine household staffing agency that brought professional verification online. Setting the standard since 2009. PNP-NPCS early adopter since 2018. Every year documented, never restarted.
Provincial warrants caught by our National Dual-Audit™ that local checks would have missed.
In the professional household industry, trust is often treated as a "feeling." At MaidProvider.ph, we treat trust as an engineering metric.
Through every regulatory change, every market downturn, and the launch of the National Police Clearance System in 2018, we have refined a single discipline. In a landscape where a document alone cannot tell the whole story, that discipline is what makes a placement dependable.
The Local Loophole Most Families Never See
Most families don't realize that a standard "Local Police Clearance" only checks criminal records in one specific city. If a household professional has a history of theft in a home province like Iloilo or a pending warrant in Davao, a local check in Makati will come back 100% clean.
Based on our internal review of reported industry incidents, the "Local Loophole" is a major source of household security incidents. A document can look official and still be incomplete. That is why we verify at the source.
The Innovation: Security Double-Lock™
Since 2009, we have pushed for higher screening standards. The Security Double-Lock™ is our two-lock framework, applied to every candidate: Lock 1 verifies the record, nationwide; Lock 2 assesses the person, clinically. In 2018, when the PNP launched the National Police Clearance System (NPCS), we were among the first to move beyond simple document collection — building the National Dual-Audit™ that bypasses fragile automation in favor of disciplined manual verification.
Two locks on every candidate — verified by hand, every time
Our investigators manually trigger searches through the PNP National database across all 18 administrative regions, catching provincial warrants and "pending" cases that automated city-only checks are designed to miss. Every candidate is then verified directly on the NBI portal — cross-referencing biometric identity with national records to confirm the person matches the record on file with the DOJ.
Every candidate completes an MMPI-based clinical psychological assessment at Manila Doctors Hospital, conducted by licensed clinical psychologists — our institutional partner since 2015. Lock 1 verifies the record. Lock 2 assesses whether the person is emotionally ready for your home.
Automated checks can be misled by typographical errors and mismatched records. A trained auditor reading the source record on the source portal cannot. That is why every single hire is verified by hand, every single time. It takes more discipline. It is the only way the standard holds.
The Institutional Memory Advantage
Beyond government databases, every candidate is screened against our private archive of behavioral metadata. Years of documented placement history make patterns visible — falsified provincial histories, previous employment concerns — that no single clearance can show.
For example: In 2024, our system flagged a candidate who used three different surnames across employment records — a pattern we've seen in 15 previous cases of identity fraud. Only institutional memory makes that pattern visible.
Early Adopter: In 2018, we integrated NPCS as our mandatory standard the moment it launched. We didn't wait for it to become common practice — we made it our requirement.
Disciplined Safety for Your Family
When you bring someone into your private space — near your children and everything you value — you aren't looking for a "good enough" candidate. You are looking for a verified professional.
At MaidProvider.ph, our discipline is your peace of mind. We verify, we document, and we stand accountable — so you can rest easy knowing exactly who is coming home.

Questions Families Ask
What is the Security Double-Lock™?
Our proprietary two-lock screening framework, applied to every candidate. Lock 1 is the National Dual-Audit™: a PNP National Manual Audit via the NPCS across all 18 administrative regions, combined with biometric NBI authentication verified directly on the NBI portal. Lock 2 is clinical psychological screening at Manila Doctors Hospital — MMPI-based, conducted by licensed clinical psychologists, a partnership since 2015. Lock 1 verifies the record; Lock 2 assesses the person.
What is our security track record?
Since adopting the National Dual-Audit™ in 2018: zero documented unresolved security incidents across placements verified under the Security Double-Lock™. Every flagged candidate is halted before Day 1, and every reported concern is documented and addressed through the Six-Month Protection Standard™. We acknowledge that incidents may occur post-placement, and we continuously improve our monitoring protocols. Full methodology in the disclosure below.
What is the "local loophole"?
A standard Local Police Clearance checks criminal records in one specific city or municipality only. A history in a home province, or a pending warrant in another region, would not appear on a local check taken elsewhere. Lock 1 of the Security Double-Lock™ addresses this by verifying records across all 18 administrative regions via the NPCS, combined with NBI biometric authentication.
Legal Disclaimer & Transparency Notice
Methodology — "Zero Documented Unresolved Security Incidents Since 2018": This claim refers specifically to placements verified under the Security Double-Lock™ protocol from its operational adoption in 2018 through July 2026. "Documented unresolved" is defined as a security incident formally reported and recorded in our internal logs (theft, criminal background discovered post-placement, or unauthorized access) for which no corrective action was taken, no rematch was provided, and no resolution was reached under the Six-Month Protection Standard™. Every flagged candidate is halted before Day 1. Every reported concern is documented and addressed. Incidents that were reported, documented, and resolved through rematch, refund, or coordinated action with authorities are not counted as "unresolved." MaidProvider.ph acknowledges the possibility of unreported cases and encourages all clients to report concerns immediately so they can be documented and addressed.
Methodology — "47 Placements Stopped in 2025": This figure represents candidates who reached the final pre-deployment stage in 2025 but were halted before Day 1 because our National Dual-Audit™ surfaced a provincial warrant, pending case, or identity discrepancy that a standard local police clearance would not have detected. Internal audit logs are maintained and available for client and regulatory review on request.
Service Limitations: While the Security Double-Lock™ and National Dual-Audit™ represent our proprietary verification protocols, MaidProvider.ph does not guarantee the complete elimination of all security risks. Background verification depends on information lawfully available through government records, candidate-submitted documents, and authorized verification channels at the time of screening, where legally permissible and with proper candidate authorization and consent. We cannot detect incidents that have not been reported to authorities, events occurring after placement, or information intentionally concealed through fraud.
Client Responsibility: Clients are encouraged to maintain standard household security practices including (but not limited to): securing valuables, monitoring access to sensitive areas, maintaining proper employment documentation, and reporting any concerns immediately to MaidProvider.ph.
