2009: We started with a principle

2015–2019: We grew too fast—and fell short
We prioritized speed over consistency. We learned the hard way. And we changed.
2020–2024: Engineering the Standard
We rebuilt around the Security Double-Lock™—clinical psychological screening at Manila Doctors Hospital and a 17-region jurisdictional sweep via the National Police Clearance System. We moved from agency to risk-management firm.
2025–2026: Institutional Integrity
In November 2025, we launched weekly Transparency Reports—making operational data public for the first time in the industry. We implemented enterprise-grade infrastructure: Manatal ATS, six-platform review monitoring, and documented resolution workflows. We chose accountability over shortcuts.
