In July 2026, MaidProvider.ph Corp completed its registration with the National Privacy Commission as a Personal Information Controller, or PIC.
The registration places the company’s Data Protection Officer and its registered Data Processing Systems on the public regulatory record.
What the registration covers
A Personal Information Controller determines why and how personal data is processed.
For MaidProvider.ph, that processing can begin when a family makes an inquiry or an applicant submits an application. It may continue through screening, interviews, matching, placement, documentation, and post-placement care.
The information involved can include:

Under Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — individuals hold rights over the personal data kept about them. These include the right to be informed; to access personal data; to request correction; to object to certain processing; to seek erasure or blocking under applicable conditions; to request data portability where available; to seek damages for unlawful processing; and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
