The Human+ Standard
Placement Settlement Update
Beginning July 1, 2026 - - what changes, what stays the same, and why the standard matters.
We believe pricing should be stated clearly, before a family is asked to make a decision. So we are publishing this update directly, in the same spirit that guides the rest of our work: documented, visible, and on the record.
Beginning July 1, 2026, our placement settlement for new families will be ₱28,000, VAT-inclusive. Returning families will continue at a preferred settlement of ₱25,000, VAT-inclusive. That is the entire change. You deserve to read it in one sentence, not find it in fine print.
What a settlement holds
A settlement is not a charge for a name and a phone number. It is everything that stands behind a placement before a candidate ever sits across from you.
Every household professional we present has passed our Security Double-Lock - - a National Dual-Audit across PNP-NPCS and NBI biometric records, and clinical psychological screening at Manila Doctors Hospital, a standard we have held since 2015. Behind that sits documented, lawful contracts reviewed by counsel; careful matching to your household and not merely your checklist; client care that answers when you call; and our Six-Month Protection Standard, which keeps us accountable for the placement long after the introduction is made.
This is where a settlement goes. The settlement has been updated because the work behind it has only deepened - - and because we would rather invest in the standard than quietly let it erode. Worker protection over five stars. Transparency over perfection. Always.
What is not changing
Most of what matters is staying exactly where it is.
The rescreening fee remains ₱5,000 - - unchanged. It still covers the full scope: psychological screening at Manila Doctors Hospital, NBI biometric, PNP-NPCS, and medical clearance through Hi-Precision Diagnostics. You still interview before you settle - - you meet the person first, then decide. The replacement windows hold: free replacement in the first thirty days, rescreening thereafter through day 180, up to three replacements. And the Six-Month Protection Standard stays intact.
If you are already in an active placement process with us before July 1, 2026, we will honor the rate quoted to you during that process. We do not change a quoted settlement while a family is already in an active decision process.
To the families who have stayed
The preferred settlement for returning families exists for one reason: you trusted us once, and you came back. That is not something we take lightly, and it is not something we will price as if it never happened.
We have been setting the standard in Philippine household staffing since 2009, and we have done it through public accountability, documented work, and clear leadership responsibility. This update belongs to that same commitment. It is not a departure from it.
Thank you to every family who continues to place their trust in MaidProvider.ph.
