Our LinkedIn-Verified Care Team | MaidProvider.ph

A Human+ Essay

Verified, both ways.

We verify every candidate at the source. Starting now, families can verify us the same way — every client-facing member of our Care Team carries LinkedIn's identity badge.

The industry's oldest habit is anonymity

Anyone who has hired household help in the Philippines knows the pattern. A Facebook page with no last names. A mobile number that stops answering after the deposit clears. An "agent" whose photo is a logo, whose office is a chat window, and whose agency dissolves and reappears under a new name when the reviews turn bad.

Families have learned to live with this. They shouldn't have to. The people asking for your trust — and your payment — should be at least as verifiable as the kasambahay they're offering to place in your home.

Our standard: real names, verified identities

Every client-facing member of our Care Team carries LinkedIn's identity-verification badge. That badge means a government-issued ID has been verified through LinkedIn's verification partners, confirming the profile belongs to a real, specific person — and team members can additionally be workplace-verified through their company email address, confirming they genuinely work here. And the MaidProvider.ph company page itself carries LinkedIn's verified-page badge — LinkedIn's confirmation that the Page represents the official organization. Both the company and the individuals inside it can be checked, directly, by anyone, in about a minute.

Identity verified  ·  Workplace verified

When someone from our team messages you about a placement, you can see who they are. Their name. Their verified identity. Their employment at a verified company. The same standard of proof we ask of every candidate, applied to ourselves.

We ask candidates for fresh documents, biometric verification, and clinical screening. It would be strange to ask less of ourselves.

Why we did this

Symmetry. Our entire screening system — the Security Double-Lock™, source-verified documents, employer calls — rests on one principle: trust is verified. A verification company whose own people can't be verified would be making an argument against itself.

There's a second reason, and it matters just as much. Our Care Team members are professionals. They have names, careers, and reputations they've built. Putting their verified identities behind their work is a statement of respect for them as much as reassurance for you — the same dignity we insist on for every household professional we place. Accountability and pride are the same gesture, seen from two sides.

How to verify any agency — ours included

Verification only means something if you actually use it. Before you send money to any household staffing agency — including us — check five things:

The five-check test

  1. DOLE PEA license. A legitimate agency holds a Private Employment Agency license from the Department of Labor and Employment, and will state the number publicly. Ours is DOLE PEA License M-24-04-034 — confirmable with DOLE.
  2. SEC registration. A registered corporation can be looked up. Ours is SEC CS201312638, registered as MaidProvider.ph Corp.
  3. A physical address and a landline. Offices and landlines anchor accountability; burner mobile numbers disappear. Ours: Roof Deck & 3A, 1710 Donada St., Pasay City — landline (02) 8405-0000.
  4. Named, verifiable people. Real staff with verifiable identities — such as LinkedIn's identity badge — rather than anonymous "agents." Check ours at linkedin.com/company/maidprovider.
  5. Verified official pages. Meta Verified and platform-verified accounts, consistent across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business — rather than lookalike pages with slightly altered names.

An agency that welcomes these checks has nothing to manage. An agency that resists them is telling you something. Run the test on us first.

What a badge does — and what it doesn't

Honesty about limits is part of our standard, so let's be precise. LinkedIn's identity badge confirms who a person is. It confirms identity — the foundation every other form of trust builds on. It is one layer, and it works because of what surrounds it: the DOLE license, the SEC registration, the physical office, the screening standards we publish in detail, and the Six-Month Protection Standard™ that answers for outcomes after placement. No single signal decides trust. Every check is reviewed as part of the whole — that's how we screen candidates, and it's how we invite you to screen us.

For our team's privacy

We link to our verified company page rather than publishing individual profiles here. Every Care Team member's participation in public verification is their own professional choice, made with consent — worker protection applies to our own people first.

  4. Why did MaidProvider.ph do this? Symmetry. We verify every candidate at the source — families deserve the same ability to verify the people asking for their trust and their payment.
